What kind of camps are Pro Lacrosse Camps?
Pro Lacrosse Camps are instructional commuter lacrosse camps. The camps are for players of all positions. The camp is divided by age group and further broken down by position with great attention to detail, and a small player to coach ratio. The concentration is on instruction rather than watching/officiating scrimmages: At multiple stations per hour, we teach fundamentals and mechanics and provide drills for campers to take away from camp to perfect these skills on their own.Our camps are held in the summer. Although our camps are not college recruiting camps there are college coaches on staff at most camps.
Are Pro Lacrosse Camps for beginners or advanced players?
This camp is beneficial for experienced players and beginners. Because the camp is properly staffed the coaching staff can give the attention players of all skill levels deserve. Less experienced players will benefit from the focus on fundamentals. Experienced players will benefit from learning how to perfect their fundamentals from college and pro players and coaches. Perfecting fundamentals is how good players become great players.
What ages can attend camp?
The camps are for ages 7 through 18. Camp will be organized into 3 or 4 age groups depending on enrollment size.
How Long is the camp?
The camp is a 3 day camp; 6 hours per day.
